UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL | COMPANY-PROVIDED LEADS | $500/MONTH CAR ALLOWANCE Are you an experienced salesperson who knows how to build trust, handle objections, and close? Five Star Improvements is looking for driven Outside Sales Representatives ready to turn their sales skills into serious earning potential. You'll meet with homeowners, present premium home improvement solutions, and close deals using company-provided leads—while benefiting from a proven sales system, ongoing training, and strong management support. What You'll Do As an Outside Sales Representative / Sales Consultant, you'll guide homeowners through the home improvement process—from the initial consultation to closing the sale and handing the project off to the Production team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Conduct in-home sales presentations and measure calls with homeowners Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers Understand the homeowner's needs, goals, and priorities Present Five Star's products and solutions in a clear and professional way Educate customers on available home improvement options Handle questions, objections, and stalls confidently Ask for the sale and close qualified opportunities Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, and required paperwork Make financing easy and guide customers through the purchasing process Follow up with prospects and manage your sales opportunities Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information Complete required documentation and photos within 24 hours of each appointment Work closely with management and the Production team to ensure a smooth handoff Participate in weekly sales meetings, training, role-play, and one-on-one coaching Maintain your assigned samples, sales materials, and equipment in professional condition Requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for competitive, motivated, and coachable sales professionals who want to build a long-term career in residential sales.
