What You’ll Do ● Execute Quality Installations: Install acrylic shower systems, walk-in showers, bathtubs, and associated fixtures to specifications. ● Handle Plumbing Updates: Perform accurate, code-compliant residential plumbing work for remodels. ● Manage Jobsites: Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area from tear-out to final walkthrough. ● Serve Customers: Communicate professionally with homeowners, answer project questions, and deliver expert recommendations on-site. ● Follow Specifications: Read and interpret project details, ensuring all work strictly meets local building codes and company safety standards. Schedule & Location ● Job Type: Full-time ● Location: Albany, NY area (In-person on local job sites) ● Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available Requirements What We’re Looking For (Minimum Requirements) ● Hands-on experience in bathroom installation, residential remodeling, or general construction. ● Working knowledge of residential plumbing and installation techniques. ● Ability to read, understand, and execute detailed project specs and blueprints. ● Reliable transportation and your own set of basic trade tools. ● Strong professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset. ● Must be able to commute to or relocate to the Albany, NY area prior to starting work. Preferred Experience ● 3+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience. ● Prior specialized experience with acrylic shower and bath system installations. ● Valid Driver’s License.
