Inside Sales Representative

About the role

ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with a growing bathroom remodeling company in Springdale, Arkansas, to expand its call center team. We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to turn inbound leads and existing customer interest into qualified in-home appointments. You’ll speak with homeowners, build rapport, qualify their needs, overcome objections, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This is a sales-focused role, not a receptionist or customer-service-only position. We’re looking for someone confident on the phone, motivated by results, and comfortable asking for the appointment. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to homeowners through warm leads — no cold prospecting from scratch Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service Qualify interested homeowners and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs — dials per day, appointments set, demos issued, and quality scores Overcome objections and maintain a positive, high-energy presence on the phone What’s In It for You $20/hour plus bonus opportunities Average monthly bonuses of around $1,000 PTO and paid holidays Optional to work overtime during busy seasons.
