About the Role You'll meet with qualified homeowners throughout South Florida to inspect roofs, identify their needs, educate them on available solutions, and help them make informed purchasing decisions. This is NOT a cold-calling or door-knocking position. Your primary focus will be building relationships, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and closing high-value roofing projects. Typical residential projects range from $25,000 to $60,000+, creating significant earning potential for motivated sales professionals. You'll spend your time meeting homeowners, conducting roof inspections, presenting customized solutions, and helping customers protect one of their most valuable investments. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following: ● Strong track record in in-home sales or relationship-based closing. ● Roofing, windows, doors, HVAC, solar, remodeling, or other home improvement sales experience strongly preferred. ● Excellent communication skills and the ability to build immediate rapport with homeowners. ● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ● Ability to safely climb ladders and inspect residential roofs.
