About the Role Yankee Home is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Support Associate to support our Production team in Chicopee, MA. This hands-on role is responsible for helping maintain an organized warehouse, preparing materials for installation projects, receiving deliveries, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. Responsibilities Pick and stage materials for upcoming installation projects Receive, unload, and organize incoming deliveries Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Support daily warehouse and production operations Deliver materials to job sites or other warehouse locations when needed Perform general warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to safely lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly Valid driver's license Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to support the team Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, construction, delivery, or material handling experience Forklift certification (preferred but not required) Experience working with building materials or tools High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required) Physical Requirements This role requires frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of materials up to 75 lbs, as well as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing physical warehouse tasks throughout the day. Work Environment This position is based in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature fluctuations and occasional outdoor work.
