We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings. Key Responsibilities: Install residential plumbing systems according to project specifications Perform installation and repair of plumbing fixtures and piping Report to the Chicopee or Albany office to pick up material when necessary Occasionally pick up supplies from local supply houses Use a Yankee Home Vehicle to travel to the customer’s home, arriving fully prepared with all necessary tools and equipment Maintain a clean, organized job site. Thoroughly clean up all debris upon job completion. Qualifications & Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to company insurance carriers. Reliable transportation to job sites as required. Experience in plumbing installation and fixture installation/repair. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to provide accurate project quotes and close sales. Proficiency in invoicing and payment collection. Ability to follow company policies, including the material purchase policy. Possess a current and valid Journeyman Plumber license in the jurisdiction where work is performed. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Must be able to lift and carry heavy tools, equipment, and materials as part of daily tasks Comfortable working in diverse conditions, including confined spaces, rooftops, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions Requires frequent standing, kneeling, bending, and performing physical labor throughout the day Work is primarily conducted at customer locations and job sites, with travel between assignments Occasional administrative duties may include quoting jobs and preparing invoices We Will Provide: Comprehensive, paid training Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Exclusive employee discounts on services and products Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life (full time employees) and a 401(k) Retirement Plan (all employees)
