About Metal Master Shop Metal Master Shop is a South Florida manufacturer and supplier of premium metal roofing systems, architectural sheet metal, and custom fabrication, trusted by roofing contractors and builders across Miami-Dade. Our products are engineered to meet Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County HVHZ requirements. The Opportunity We're looking for a field-based Outside Sales Representative to grow our contractor network across Miami-Dade County. You'll build your own territory from the ground up — opening new accounts with roofing contractors, builders, and developers — and get paid like it's yours, including residual income on the business you build and keep. What You'll Do Build relationships with roofing contractors, builders, general contractors, and developers across Miami-Dade. Prospect and open new accounts using a data-driven target list of the county's most active contractors. Present and sell Metal Master Shop's premium metal roofing and architectural sheet metal products. Manage your own pipeline and stay on top of follow-ups. Partner with our estimating, production, and customer service teams to keep quotes accurate and orders on track. Represent Metal Master Shop at industry events and trade shows. What Success Looks Like A strong pipeline built in your first 90 days New contractor accounts opened and buying consistently Becoming a trusted resource for the contractors you work with A territory, and an income, that grows year over year Why Metal Master Shop Represent one of South Florida's most respected metal roofing suppliers Build and own your own territory Sell premium products contractors already trust Get rewarded for performance, not tenure Requirements What We're Looking For 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience Experience selling to contractors or in construction-related industries A genuine hunter mentality — you build your own pipeline rather than waiting for leads Strong communication and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual, English/Spanish Nice to Have Experience in roofing, building materials, or metal products Background in construction supply, windows & doors, exterior products, or industrial distribution Benefits Compensation & Benefits $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission on new business Monthly performance bonuses Lifetime residual income on the accounts you personally build Quarterly bonus tied to territory growth Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance Cell phone allowance Paid time off and paid holidays On-target total compensation runs around $170,000 in year one, with top performers earning $250,000 or more.
