Requirements What You’ll Do · Learn to install premium bath and shower systems · Work alongside experienced installers and project managers · Deliver high-quality, watertight installations · Maintain clean, organized job sites · Provide professional, friendly communication with homeowners What We’re Looking For · Strong work ethic and reliability · Hands-on mindset (you enjoy working with tools) · Basic mechanical aptitude (reading a tape measure, etc.) · Positive attitude and willingness to learn · Valid driver’s license & ability to pass a background check Benefits Your Career Path: $100K+ Potential We invest in your growth.
